Unleash the Hunter Costs Going Up to 3 from 2

In what historians will come to remember as the single greatest act of justice ever done for mankind, Team Five is upping the mana cost of Unleash the Hounds from two to three. The original remake of UTH set the spell’s mana cost to four, before being reduced to the two some time later. Hopefully three will prove to be just right.

Regardless of your feelings on the spell, this change will very much revolutionize the modern Hunter combos (UTH + Starving Buzzard and UTH + Scavenging Hyena) pushing their costs up to five, respectively. Community Manager Zeriyah explains the details of the change below. While it remains to be seen whether or not this change will truly knock Hunter down from on high, we, the small, non-Hunter folk can rejoice at the benevolence of our masters.
